Click on the "Window" icon in the "Screen Record" row. (Alternatively, You can start recording the window without opening the extension with the shortcut Alt + Shift + W on MS Windows machines.)
The complete window starts getting recorded (upto 15 minutes. You can add voice notes along with the recording by enabling the microphone and selecting the input device. (If you have multiple screens, an option to select a single screen will pop up to make the selection). Also, you can pause the recording and resume again from the popped-up control toolbar when you start recording.
