Keyboard Shortcuts for BetterBugs

BetterBugs has four pre-configured keyboard shortcuts to capture issues instantly. Note that Chrome allows upto four keyboard configurable shortcuts for an extension.

Here are the pre-configured keyboard shortcuts for using BetterBugs:

For Windows

1. To capture a cropped screenshot: Alt + Shift + K

2. To capture the visible screen screenshot: Alt + Shift + Z

3. To start tab screen recording: Alt + Shift + Q

4. To start window screen recording : Alt + Shift + W

For Mac

1. To capture a cropped screenshot: Control + Command + K

2. To capture the visible screen screenshot: Control + Command + Z

3. To start tab screen recording: Control + Command + T

4. To start window screen recording : Control + Command + W

You can also customize these four shortcuts as you want. Here's how:

1. Go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts

2. Search the BetterBugs extension and edit the BetterBugs shortcuts as per your choice.

Note: You can also add a fifth keyboard shortcut to activate the BetterBugs extension instantly.
