Adding Comments to Bug Reports

BetterBugs promotes communication and collaboration while reporting bugs. Once a bug report is generated with the screenshot or the video recording, other team members can add comments to the bug report.

Comments can be included in real-time which reflects instantly in the bug report. This is especially beneficial while communicating for feedback, getting additional information, or taking follow-ups on a particular issue. This significantly shortens the TAT for resolving software issues.
