Session Filters

Applying Filters for The Collection of Reports
Once you log into your BetterBugs account and open the Dashboard, you will find a search bar to search through the logged bug reports there.
Next to the search bar, you will find a "Three Horizontal Lines" green-colored icon.
Clicking on it will open up the available filter options for your bug reports.
There are two options available to filter out bug reports from the collection of reports
  • By Priority: Filters out bug reports for the particular project's session based on the selected priority. The available options for priority are "Urgent, High, Medium, Low"
For instance, if you choose the "medium" priority option from the filters, it will filter out all the "medium" priority reports for the session.
  • By Date: Filters out bug reports for the particular project's session based on the start date and end date provided.
For instance, if you choose the date range for the period 1st October 2023 - 30th October 2023, it will filter out all the reports logged for this period.
